Meet Dr. Roberts and Our Medical Staff
Dr. Roberts was born in 1946 and grew up in Austin, TX. He graduated with high honors from the University of Texas and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. In 1973, he graduated with honors from Baylor College of Medicine and was elected to the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. He finished his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Los Angeles County Harbor General Hospital and UCLA in 1977. The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology certified him in February 1980. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. He takes courses regularly to keep up with the latest advances in his field.
Dr. Roberts has special interests and training in infertility and female urinary problems. Our services include laparoscopic and laser surgery, cystoscopy, urethroscopy and urethral dilatation, urethral sling operations, NeoControl pelvic muscle strengthening, ultrasound, obstetric analgesia, circumcision, high-risk obstetric evaluation, hysteroscopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, and endometrial ablation.
Genevieve (Genny) Irene, L.V.N.
Genny has been our office nurse since August 2000. She has two growing boys, and assists Dr. Roberts with your questions, problems, needs, and wants. She will make you laugh and feel at home in our office.
Janie Ramirez
Janie has been our nursing assistant and Spanish interpreter since 1984. She helps with every patient and especially makes our Spanish patients feel at home.
Lorena Saenz
Lorena is our newest nursing assistant. She draws blood and helps with exams. She is also talented with computer and scanner input for our electronic medical records. She helps our Spanish patients and makes them smile
Becca Stone
Becca has worked as our business manager since 2006. She helps you the most when she fights to get better insurance reimbursement. We appreciate her considerable talents every day!
Lucy Kneisley
Lucy is our receptionist. Lucy worked for us from 1985 to 1987 and has returned now that her boys have grown up. She is usually the first person to greet you when you call or come in. She is very helpful and you will like her.
